I spend a lot of time watching TV & movies. Here is what I saw today.
‘Game of Thrones’ Season 2 Marathon
This HBO series snuck up on me last year with its epic first season and today, I get to indulge in a marathon Season 2 session as I catch up on the ‘War of the Kings’ storyline. The sets and costumes are fantastic. It has been a long time since I have seen a show with that level of detail. The multiple story arcs translate well from the books and avoid confusing you with the murkly details while not loosing site of the subtle complexity of each character. Amazing acting by most if not all of the cast. I highly recommend this series if you have not yet seen it. Just about to start episode 8 of the second season after barreling through the first seven the last couple of days. Season rating: 9/10

Game of Thrones, Season 2, Episode 3: What can I say that hasn’t already been said. What the heck, watch it! Another great show to add to your list. Episode rating: 8/10
